• Short Stay I booked for one week and when I had to extend my visit by one day it was a nightmare. The website gave an option to extend which was: call the airport parking office. Naturally they were not in the least interest and told me to speak to BCP again. I did so and was told I was not allowed 'back to back parking'. It was an extension to an existing stay, but not back to back, I tried to explain. Finally I was told that if I presented my ticket at the machine I would be charged only for one day: £33. It was a lot but the only hope I had. when I arrived at Aberdeen airport and presented my ticket I received a bill for £273 and could not leave the airport without paying.

• Long Stay Everything went smoothly. Was picked up within a few minutes of arrival at the car park. Then on return was picked up and dropped off quickly too.

• Short Stay My registration was not recognised on arrival. I had to therefore take a ticket, under instruction from the car park staff. Then worry that I'd be double billed whilst on holiday.

• Priority Parking Everything went smoothly, from entering the short stay car park and then the priority parking. Parking was convenient and only a short walk from the airport terminal, as described.

• Park and Depart The bus to the airport was fine but we had to wait 30 minutes for the bus to collect us from the airport on our return which seems excessive and was not ideal for us travelling with a baby.
