Stress-free Meet and Greet Parking is a new stress-free service available at Birmingham airport. Simply drive your car to the terminal, where you will be met by a chauffeur who will park your car for you. Then you'll be free to stroll to the terminal. And when you return from your holiday, your car will be brought back to the terminal, so you can head straight home. Get a great deal by pre-booking with BCP.
Please call our team of chauffeurs on 0121 368 0084 when you are 20 minutes away from the airport. Your chauffeur will then leave to meet you at outside the departures in time for your arrival. It is important if you are running late or early that you call to give as much notice as possible. On arriving at the airport, follow signs for drop off point, and on entering the drop off point, stay in the right hand lane to go through the barrier sign posted maximum stay 20 minutes.
On your return after you have collected your luggage, call the chauffeur on 0121 368 0084 and you’ll be met at the pick up point with your vehicle.

As you are met at the terminal, this service is suitable for customers with a disability. No transfers are required at all.
Your car will be stored at the nearby Airparks car park. It is manned with 24-hour security, regular patrols and a high perimeter fence.
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. This means that you you'll be parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Transfers to and from Birmingham airport are not needed as you will leave and pick up your car from directly outside the terminal.
Please drive to Birmingham airport using the following directions:
From Birmingham city centre take the A45 east towards Coventry. [br]
From the south or north of England take the M42 (which links to the M40 and M1 from London, M6 from Manchester and M5 from the south east). Come off at junction 6 taking the A45 towards the city centre. The Airport turnoff is only one mile and is well signposted. When you arrive at the airport, please follow the arrival procedures provided on your confirmation.
