Gatwick is the busiest single-runway airport in the world. Delegated between two terminals, the North and the South, Gatwick serves over 80 airlines and flies to nearly 200 destinations worldwide. Situated 28 miles south of London, Gatwick is directly linked to the M23 at Junction 9 and to the A23 London to Brighton. The North and South terminals are connected via a monorail train system for easy access. The transfer takes roughly 2 minutes and trains are scheduled every 3-4 minutes. Passage from North to South departs from The Avenue shopping floor. Transfer from the South to North departs from the main Departures and Arrivals floor near the major Gatwick Airport train station.
Due to vital expansion work be carried out at the South terminal forecourt, we regret to inform you that access to the area for private vehicles has been slighltly limited. Cars dropping off passengers will be directed to use only the Lower Forecourt. As a result, Gatwick will be doubling the amount of car parking spaces to accommodate the disruption.
If you are just dropping off/picking up passengers from Gatwick or you yourself plan to stay away for less than two nights, the short stay parking bays at either the North or South Terminals will be fine. However, if your journey is longer than two nights customers are required to use the long stay parking bays. We supply Gatwick Airport Parking at both the North and South terminals.
For those who are looking for the most convenient method of parking, then we can also arrange a meet and greet (valet parking) service at either of Gatwick's terminals. Cars are securely parked in the necessary parking bay by our qualified staff before departure and then, upon your return, you car will be presented back to you when leaving the terminal.
