About Ace Meet and Greet Parking Gatwick

Airport parking doesn't have to be a stressful experience, with Ace Meet and Greet at Gatwick Airport you simply drive to the terminal, leave your car with a professional chauffeur and make your way to check-in. It really is that easy. No parking and no transfers means you are set to start your holiday with ease.

Upon arrival at Ace Meet and Greet

North Terminal: When you arrive at the North Terminal take a ticket at the barrier. Keep the ticket to hand to your driver. Drive to car park 6, Level 1, Row D&E where you will find the Approved Operator bays.

South Terminal: Take a ticket at the barrier. Keep the ticket to give to your driver. Drive to Orange Car Park 3 - Level 1 - Row D&E where you will see the Approved Operator bays.

Upon your return to Ace Meet and Greet

Once you have collected your luggage, call ACE on 01293 533 000, select option 1 and let ACE know you're ready for your car. Ace will tell you where to meet them in the Short Stay car park. Your car will be delivered for you ready to continue with your journey home.

Disabled facilities

Ace Meet and Greet at Gatwick allows you to pull up at the terminal so it is an ideal service for disabled passengers as no transfer buses are required. You can contact Ace if you need any further assistance.

Security at Ace Meet and Greet Parking

Your car will be taken and parked in a fully secure car park. The car park has a high perimeter fence, floodlights and 24 hour security patrols.

Transfers to and from Gatwick airport

Ace Meet and Greet requires no transfer. You simply pull up close to the terminal entrance and stroll in to check-in.

Directions to Ace Meet and Greet

Call ACE Meet and Greet on 01293 533 000 and choose option 1 when you are approximately 15 to 20 minutes away from the terminal.

Head to your terminal and follow signs for Short Stay / Passenger Pickup. Drive into the Short Stay car park for the terminal you're flying from and keep in the left hand lane.
