Upon your arrival at Airparks Gatwick

Park in one of the arrivals bays and head to reception. You'll be asked to confirm your booking reference, and your car and flight details, and then you'll be given a receipt for your car. You'll need to leave your keys with reception, as Airparks staff will park your car for you so you can catch the transfer bus to the airport. The bus leaves from reception and calls at both terminals.

Upon your return to Airparks Gatwick

You'll need to catch the bus back to Airparks from stop 7 or 8 at the South terminal, or stop 6 or 7 at the North terminal. You'll need to show your parking ticket at reception, then you can collect your car.

Directions to Airparks Gatwick

From the M23 junction 9:
Follow the M23 overpass at junction 9 and take the exit signposted 'Airport'. Go straight over the first roundabout and follow signs to the North terminal.
At the second roundabout, take the third exit signposted A23 Crawley / Redhill. After joining the A23 northbound, get into the right hand lane. When you get to the next roundabout, take the fourth exit which is signposted A23 Crawley/Brighton (you should now be travelling in the direction you have just come from).
Carry on travelling along the southbound A23 and go straight on at the first roundabout. When you get to the second roundabout, take the second exit signposted Lowfield Heath / Charlwood.
After 200 yards, take the first exit at the mini roundabout (Charlwood Road) - Airparks is 1.5 miles ahead on the right hand side.

From the M23 junction 10:
From the M23 overpass at junction 10, take the exit signposted Horsham (A2011). At the first roundabout, take the third exit signposted A2011 Horsham (A23).
Next, you'll come to a roundabout with traffic lights. At this roundabout, take the fourth exit signposted Gatwick / Redhill A23 Northbound.
Carry on along the northbound A23 and go straight over the first roundabout. When you reach the second roundabout, take the first exit signposted Charlwood / Lowfield Heath. And after 200 yards, take the first exit at the mini roundabout (Charlwood Road). Airparks is 1.5 miles ahead on the right hand side.

Additional information for Airparks Gatwick

• Trailers are permitted within this car park at Gatwick, but, regrettably, an extra space will be charged.
• A Return Greet and a Meet and Greet service is also available.
• Customers who will be using the Airparks transfer bus as a part of their journey to the airport must be advised that skis, snowboards, bicycles, surfboards or anything as large/larger than these items will not allowed on the bus. To avoid this, you can drop large items off at the terminal with a passenger and then drive your car to Airparks.
