- Long Stay We have used Long Stay South many times and we are already booked to use it again in Movember 2013. Everything there runs like clockwork. We have no complaints whatsoever.

- Long Stay straightforward signage, speedy pickup - extremely cheerful driver with humour - simple to find on return and drop off was almost personal.

- Short Stay Brilliant. Straight out from the car park and into departures. Only problem is the tight turns on the slopes of the car park and you cant change that!

- Long Stay Everything was great. The system recognised our car plate right from the start and we didn't need to do anymore after that. Despite leaving late in the day the system recognised us again on exit and we were on our way!

- Short Stay Arrived and number plate recognised and ticket issued. When we left ticket operated barrier and we were on our way. Simple and efficient. Would us again without hesitation at the right price.

- Long Stay we have used BCP for many years and have never found fault with any aspect of our parking and transfers, our only comment would be we wish it was a little cheaper even after our discount I think the cost is quite high

- Long Stay stress free easy to follow instructions and a good system that means you dont have to spend time booking in or out etc

- Long Stay Wasn't clear where to catch the long stay car park bus after leaving the terminal. Ended up on the wrong level after following signs to 'buses'.
