Here are the details of the directions to the pre-arranged meeting points at both terminals, where you will be met by a uniformed Maple Manor driver:

• South Terminal
• As you drive into the main entrance to Gatwick South Terminal keep to the offside lane, don't go up to the upper level.
• Follow signs for arrivals.
• As the road bends to the right you will see the car rental building on your left.
• There is a waiting area opposite this building. This is where you will be greeted.
• Look out for a uniformed driver with a Maple Manor board.

• North Terminal
• As you drive into the main entrance to Gatwick North take the middle lane.
• Do not go to the upper level.
• Follow the signs for cars only (marked with a car sign on the road surface).
• Drive to the other end of this road where you will be met outside the car rental building.
• Look out for a uniformed driver with a Maple Manor board.
