Security at Maple Manor Meet and Greet parking

Maple Manor will looked after your car at their secured car park, which has a security barrier, perimeter fencing and regular security patrols.

Transfers to and from Gatwick airport

No transfers are required with the Maple Manor Meet and Greet service. Once your car is picked up you can stroll directly to check-in.

Disabled facilities with Maple Manor Meet and Greet service

Maple Manor cannot drive specially adapted vehicles but otherwise welcomes bookings from disabled customers.

On arrival at Gatwick airport

You will be met by a uniformed driver who will perform standard checks on your car, collect your booking confirmation and take your car keys (please separate any keys not relating to your vehicle). You are free to proceed directly to check-in while your car will be driven to the secure parking compound.

Departure procedures from Gatwick airport

Once you have collected your baggage and are ready to clear customs, please call Maple Manor and proceed to arrivals. Your car will be delivered to the same point where you were met on arrival.

Directions to Maple Manor Meet and Greet

Here are the details of the directions to the pre-arranged meeting points at both terminals, where you will be met by a uniformed Maple Manor driver.

South Terminal
  • As you drive into the main entrance to Gatwick South Terminal keep to the offside lane, don't go up to the upper level.
  • Follow signs for arrivals.
  • As the road bends to the right you will see the car rental building on your left.
  • There is a waiting area opposite this building. This is where you will be greeted.
  • Look out for a uniformed driver with a Maple Manor board.

North Terminal
  • As you drive into the main entrance to Gatwick North take the middle lane.
  • Do not go to the upper level.
  • Follow the signs for cars only (marked with a car sign on the road surface).
  • Drive to the other end of this road where you will be met outside the car rental building.
  • Look out for a uniformed driver with a Maple Manor board.
