Upon your arrival at Gatwick airport

Drive to the Official Valet Parking reception point and report in to reception. The valet staff will complete acceptance forms and park your vehicle for you. Please note that all areas of Gatwick airport share a postcode, we advise you to carefully follow directions on arrival.

Upon your return to Gatwick airport

On arrival, please telephone Official Valet Parking from the arrivals hall. An Official Valet Parking driver will then bring your car to meet you are the pick up point on the lower level, where you left your vehicle on arrival.

The car park that is used to store your vehicle has a security barrier, CCTV, perimeter fencing, security lighting and regular security patrols

No transfers are required with the Official Valet Parking service. Once you have dropped off your car, the terminal entrance is just a short walk away.

Directions to Gatwick Official Valet Parking

North Terminal: From the direction of London or Brighton, exit M23 at junction 9 following signs on the roundabout for Gatwick airport. Go straight ahead at the first roundabout following signs for North Terminal. At the next roundabout take the second exit; follow signs for North Terminal and follow signs for Short stay parking and head for the third floor. The reception is located on the third floor of the North Terminal Short Stay car park.

South Terminal: Exit M23 at junction 9 following signs at roundabout for Gatwick. Keeping to inside lane, exit left at the first roundabout (junction 9a) and follow signs for South Terminal. Get into the left hand lane and follow signs for Valet Parking, staying on the lower level. Drive past the car rental offices on the left, then take the next turning on the left for Valet Parking. Reception is just inside the terminal entrance.

  • If you have not given Gatwick Official Valet Parking the terminal information at the time of booking then please call at least 24 hours before arrival to reconfirm.
  • The drivers are comprehsively insured to drive your vehicle whilst in transit and in storage.
  • Trailers are not permitted at Official Valet Parking.
