Upon your arrival at Heathrow Business Parking

The car park has an automatic number plate recognition system. At the entry barrier, the machine will read and recognise your registration number. A ticket will be printed showing your registration number and booking reference, and the barrier will open.

Upon your return to Heathrow Business Parking

If your ticket has your booking reference printed on it, drive to the exit and insert the ticket into the barrier. If your ticket does not have your booking reference on it, go to the customer service exit lane and show the ticket, quoting your booking reference.

Transfers to and from Heathrow airport

Business Parking (Terminals 1 and 3)
Transfers to Terminals 1 and 3 come every 3 to 7 minutes, taking between 4 and 8 minutes, and run between between 5.30am and 10.30pm. Outside these times transfers are available on demand. For terminal 1, catch your transfer bus from bus stop 2, and for Terminal 3, go to bus stop 16.

Business Parking (Terminal 4)
Transfers to and from Terminal 4 run every 1 to 2 minutes and take just 3 minutes. You'll need to catch the transfer bus at stop 23.

Business Parking (Terminal 5)
Transfers run every eight to ten minutes between 5am and 11.30pm. Outside these times, you should request a transfer using the intercoms at the bus stops.

Directions to Heathrow Business Parking

Directions to Business Parking 1 and 3 from junction 15 of the M25:
Follow signs for Heathrow airport. Turn left at the last exit before the airport tunnel, following signs for Business Parking. At the roundabout turn right. Then turn right again at the traffic lights onto Northern Perimeter Road. Go straight on, following the signs for Business Parking.

Directions to Business Parking 4 from junction 15 of the M25:
Leave the motorway at junction 14 and take the A3113. Follow signs to terminal 4 and Terminal 4 Business Parking. The car park is on your right just before terminal 4.

Directions to Business Parking 5 from junction 15 of the M25:
Exit M25 at junction 14 following signs to the airport and then signs for terminal 5 and Business Parking (T5). Turn left into Western Perimeter Road. Business Parking T5 is on the left on the Northern Perimeter Road.
