LHR Meet and Greet

Upon your arrival at LHR Meet and Greet

Terminal 1
Proceed up the departure ramp and stay in the left hand lane, the reception is located at the end of this slip-road on the left with a 30 bay parking area. Park here and report to the office where you will be booked in and a damage check of your vehicle will take place. The departure area is a two minute walk.

Terminal 3
Proceed toward departures staying in the far right lane, the reception is situated at the end of this lane with five parking spaces reserved. Park here and report to the office where you will be booked in and a damage check undertaken. From here the departure area is a two minute walk.

Terminal 4
Drive to the LHR Meet and Greet reception, which is at the far end of the departures forecourt (the upper forecourt) in the lane nearest to the terminal. Park in one of the arrivals bays, then go to reception.

Terminal 5
Proceed up the ramp onto the departure level forecourt and stay in the far right-hand lane, follow this to the end where there are 10 valet parking bays on your left. Park here and proceed into the reception office in the centre of the concourse where you will booked in and a damage check of your car will be undertaken. From here the departure area is a two minute walk.

Upon your return to LHR Meet and Greet

Terminal 1
Go up to departures, exit the building, down the ramp to reception where your car will be waiting.

Terminal 3
Clear customs and call LHR Meet and Greet. Follow signs through the exit doors and your car will be in the lane adjacent to the bus stops.

Terminal 4
After clearing customs, call LHR Meet and Greet. Come out of the arrivals building, take the third lane and turn right. The reception is at the end on the right.

Terminal 5
On arrival, your car will be waiting for you at reception on the terminal forecourt.

Disabled facilities at LHR Meet and Greet

This service is suitable for disabled clients. Please mention when confirming.

Security at LHR Meet and Greet

The storage site is fully fenced and floodlit, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV.

Transfers to and from Heathrow airport

There is no need for transfers with the LHR Meet and Greet service, you simply drop-off your car at the airport and proceed to check in.

Directions to LHR Meet and Greet

Terminal 1
Exit the M4 at junction 4 following signs on roundabout for Heathrow. Take the airport spur road to the end (junction 4a) and continue straight ahead through the tunnel to the first set of traffic lights and then follow the signs for terminal 1 departures. Proceed up ramp, staying in the left-hand lane. Our reception is branded valet parking.

Terminal 3
Exit the M4 at junction 4 following signs at the roundabout for Heathrow. Take the airport spur road to the end (junction 4a) and continue straight through the tunnel to the first set of lights and then follow signs for terminal 3 departures.

Terminal 4
Leave the M25 at junction 14 and follow signs on the roundabout for the A3113 to Heathrow. Go straight on at the first roundabout. At the next roundabout go straight on onto the Southern Perimeter Road, following signs for terminal 4. Take the slip road signposted terminal 4 and follow signs for departures, which is on the upper level. The LHR Meet and Greet reception is in the nearest lane to the terminal.

Terminal 5
From M4 at J4 follow signs to T5. Turn right onto Northern Perimeter Road and follow signs for T5, continuing along the Western Perimeter Road. The Valet Parking reception is situated on the upper forecourt of the terminal building. Exit M25 at J14A following signs to T5. Turn left into Western Perimeter Road. The Valet Parking Reception is situated on the upper forecourt of the terminal building.

Additional information for LHR Meet and Greet

There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain bank holidays, LHR will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the storage area terms and conditions. First outbound at 05:00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time.
