Security at Maple Manor Meet and Greet parking

Maple Manor Meet and Greet service provides secure parking at Heathrow. It has a secured barrier, perimeter fencing and regular security patrols. Your car will be in safe hands whilst you are away on holiday.

Transfers to and from Heathrow airport

No transfers are required with Maple Manor's Meet and Greet service. Once your car is picked up you can go directly to check-in.

Disabled facilities with Maple Manor Meet and Greet service

Maple Manor Meet and Greet is ideal for disabled passengers as there are no transfer buses to board. They are able to drive specially adapted vehicles, however, this must be by prior arrangement to make sure Maple Manor have the appropriate staff available.

Directions to Maple Manor Meet and Greet

Here are the details of the directions to the pre-arranged meeting points at all three terminals, where you will be met by a uniformed Maple Manor driver:

• Leave the M4 at Junction 4 (or if you're coming from the M25, leave at Junction 15). Follow the signs to the terminal you need.
• When you're approximately 20 minutes from the airport, call Maple Manor on 01895 544382 and choose option 1.

Terminal 1

• When you arrive follow the signs for Terminal 1 Short Stay Car Park.
• Take a ticket at the barrier and drive through.
• Keep right and then turn left to the lower ground floor.
• Turn right, then drive to the end where you should see the designated Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays on your left.
• Park up and one of our drivers in a Maple Manor uniform will come out to meet you at your car.

Terminal 2

• Follow the signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park.
• Take a ticket at the barrier and drive through.
• Turn left and drive down to Level 2 where you'll see the designated Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays.
• Park up and one of our drivers in a Maple Manor uniform will come out to meet you at your car.

Terminal 3

• After you pass the tunnels on Tunnel Road, heading into Heathrow airport, follow the signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park.
• Take a ticket at the car park barrier and drive through.
• Turn left and drive up to Level 3 where you'll see the designated Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays.
• Park up and one of our drivers in a Maple Manor uniform will come out to meet you at your car.

Terminal 4

• As you approach Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 4 Short Stay Car Park.
• Take a ticket at the car park barrier and drive through.
• Drive down to level 2, park in one of the Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays.
• Park up and one of our drivers in a Maple Manor uniform will come out to meet you at your car.

Terminal 5

• As you approach Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 5 Short Stay Car Park.
• Drive up the ramp, filter to the right and drive under the yellow height restriction.
• Keep left and follow signs for Short stay Level 4. Follow the Avis signs towards the third set of barriers, take a ticket (please hand this to our driver).
• Follow OFF AIRPORT signs and park in the Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays. One of our uniformed chauffeurs will meet you at your car.

• The drivers are comprehensively insured to drive your vehicle whilst in transit and in storage.
• Vans, lorries, minibuses, caravans, trailers, and mobile homes will incur extra charges.
