Heathrow Official Valet Parking

On arrival at Heathrow Airport

Please follow the below terminal specific procedures:

Terminal 1
Follow signs to departures, go up the ramp, keep to the left-hand lane, down the slope and left into the valet parking bays. Report to reception. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the airport.

Terminal 3
Follow signs to departures past the short term car park. Take the second lane on the right. Drive to the far end and report to our reception which is on the right. Park as close as possible.

Terminal 4
Drive to the Valet Parking reception, which is at the far end of the departures forecourt (the upper forecourt) in the lane nearest to the terminal. Park in one of the arrivals bays, then go to reception.

Terminal 5
Proceed to the Valet Parking reception, located on the departures forecourt. Park and register at reception.

Departure procedures from Heathrow Official Valet Parking

Please follow the below terminal specific procedures:

Terminal 1
Go up to departures, exit the building, down the ramp to reception where your car will be waiting.

Terminal 3
After you have cleared Customs, call Valet Parking. Come out of the exit doors, following the signs, and your car will be in the lane next to the bus stops.

Terminal 4
After clearing Customs, call Valet Parking. Come out of the arrivals building, take the third lane and turn right. Valet Parking reception is at the end on the right.

Terminal 5
On arrival, your car will be waiting for you at the Valet Parking reception on the terminal forecourt.

The Business Parking car park holds the Park Mark award and is fully fenced and floodlit, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV.

Transfers to and from Heathrow airport

Transfers are not required as a driver will meet you at the terminal on your arrival and return.

Directions to Official Heathrow Valet

Terminal 1
Exit the M4 at junction 4 following signs on roundabout for Heathrow. Take the airport spur road to the end (junction 4a) and continue straight ahead through the tunnel to the first set of traffic lights and then follow the signs for terminal 1 departures. Proceed up ramp, staying in the left-hand lane, down slope and left into the valet parking bays. Our reception is branded valet parking.

Terminal 3
Exit M4 at J4 following signs for the roundabout for Heathrow. Take the airport spur road to the end (J4a) and continue straight through the tunnel to the first set of lights and then follow signs for Terminal 3 Departures. Follow signs to Departures past the Short-Term car park. Take 2nd lane on the right. Drive to the far end and our Reception is on the right. Park as close as possible.

Terminal 4
Leave the M25 at junction 14 and follow signs on the roundabout for the A3113 to Heathrow. Go straight on at the first roundabout. At the next roundabout go straight on onto the Southern Perimeter Road, following signs for terminal 4.[br] Take the slip road signposted terminal 4 and follow signs for departures, which is on the upper level. The Valet Parking reception is in the nearest lane to the terminal.

Terminal 5
From M4 at junction 4 follow signs to terminal 5. Turn right onto Northern Perimeter Road and follow signs for terminal 5, continuing along the Western Perimeter Road. The Valet Parking reception is situated on the upper forecourt of the terminal building. Exit the M25 at junction 14a and follow signs for terminal 5. Turn left into Western Perimeter Road. The Valet Parking Reception is situated on the upper forecourt of the terminal building.
