On arrival at Heathrow Airport

Please follow the below terminal specific procedures:

Terminal 1
Follow signs to departures, go up the ramp, keep to the left-hand lane, down the slope and left into the valet parking bays. Report to reception. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the airport.

Terminal 3
Park as close to reception as possible, and report to reception. You do not need to phone the car park before you arrive, but if you do need to contact them, call 020 8976 9611.

Terminal 4
Drive to the Valet Parking reception, which is at the far end of the departures forecourt (the upper forecourt) in the lane nearest to the terminal. Park in one of the arrivals bays, then go to reception.

Terminal 5
Proceed to the Valet Parking reception, located on the departures forecourt. Park and register at reception.

Departure procedures from Heathrow Official Valet Parking

Please follow the below terminal specific procedures:

Terminal 1
Go up to departures, exit the building, down the ramp to reception where your car will be waiting.

Terminal 3
After you have cleared Customs, call Valet Parking. Come out of the exit doors, following the signs, and your car will be in the lane next to the bus stops.

Terminal 4
After clearing Customs, call Valet Parking. Come out of the arrivals building, take the third lane and turn right. Valet Parking reception is at the end on the right.

Terminal 5
On arrival, your car will be waiting for you at the Valet Parking reception on the terminal forecourt.

Directions to Official Heathrow Valet

Terminal 1
Exit the M4 at junction 4 following signs on roundabout for Heathrow. Take the airport spur road to the end (junction 4a) and continue straight ahead through the tunnel to the first set of traffic lights and then follow the signs for terminal 1 departures. Proceed up ramp, staying in the left-hand lane, down slope and left into the valet parking bays. Our reception is branded valet parking.

Terminal 3
Leave the M4 at junction 4 and follow the signs for Heathrow. Take the airport access road, go through the tunnel to the traffic lights, and then follow the signs for terminal 3 departures. After you pass the short stay car park, move into the right hand lane. Follow the road to the end - reception will be on your left.

Terminal 4
Leave the M25 at junction 14 and take the A3113 towards the airport. Go straight on at three roundabouts, then take the terminal 4 slip road and follow signs for departures and Valet Parking.

Terminal 5
From junction 4 of the M4:
Follow signs for terminal 5. Turn right onto the Northern Perimeter Road, which will become the Western Perimeter Road. Follow the signs for departures. Make your way up the ramp onto the departures forecourt. Stay in the far right lane and follow the road to the end. You will see 10 Valet Parking bays on the left. Park here and head to reception, which is in the centre of the concourse.
From junction 14 of the M25:
Follow the signs for terminals 1 and 3. Turn left into Western Perimeter Road. Follow the signs for departures. Make your way up the ramp onto the departures forecourt. Stay in the far right lane and follow the road to the end. You will see 10 Valet Parking bays on the left. Park here and head to reception, which is in the centre of the concourse.
