Upon your arrival at Airparks Luton

Once you arrive at Airparks Luton simply park in one of the marked bays and report to reception. You will need to present your printed email confirmation or quote your booking reference then hand in your car keys. As you board the transfer bus to the terminal your car will be parked for you. Your car will be checked by our staff and timed digital photographs will be taken of any marks or damage.

Upon your return to Airparks Luton

The bus service will transfer you back to the car park upon your return to the airport. The transfer runs every twenty minutes. Please not that there is an option to have your car returned to you at the terminal for a supplemental fee you can pay on arrival at the car park.

Security at Airparks Luton

Airparks Luton is a fully secured car park with fencing, floodlights, 24 hour patrols and CCTV. It is also a holder of the Park Mark Award from the Association of Chief Police Officers.

Transfers to and from Luton airport

Transfers operate 24 hours a day. You should allow 50 minutes for a transfer, however one should allow more time during the morning and afternoon busy periods to compensate for traffic delay.

Directions to Airparks Luton

FROM M1 (North & South):
- Exit the M1 at junction 10.
- At roundabout (over motorway) take route towards Luton.
- At the next roundabout (Jct 10a), take the third exit heading right for the A1081 to St Albans/Harpenden *.
- After 500 yards take the next right (B4540, Newlands Rd) towards Slip End.
- Drive under the motorway and take the next left (B4540 - Church Rd) signposted to Slip End, drive up the hill.
- At the traffic lights in Slip End village turn right into Grove Road.
- Take the first left into the service road and the entrance to Airparks is 100 metres on the right.
- Follow signs to reception arrivals area.

FROM A1(M):
- Follow the A505 to Luton.
- At Luton follow stay on the A505 and follow signs for Luton airport.
- At the roundabout with Vauxhall Motors on the right (left turn for airport) proceed straight on, following signs for M1 and St Albans (A1081), which becomes a dual carriageway.
- At the roundabout (Jct 10a) take the first left for A1081 to St Albans, then follow the directions from * above.

FROM A5:
- Exit the M1 at junction 9 following the A5 towards Dunstable.
- At the first set of traffic lights turn right onto the B5450 signposted for Luton.
- Entering Slip End village, turn left at the traffic lights into Grove Road.
- Take the firs left into the service road, Airparks is 100 metres on the right.

1. Exit M1 J8 towards Hemel Hempstead.
2. Straight across 1st roundabout A414.
3. At next roundabout take 1st exit onto A4147 St Albans.
4. Continue forward under M1 motorway towards outskirts of St Albans on A4147.
5. Roundabout take 1st exit A5183 towards Luton.
6. Keep on A5183 over several small roundabouts.
7. At roundabout adjacent M1 J9 follow A5 towards Dunstable (Markyate).
8. Approx 3 miles, At lights turn right onto Luton Road [B4540].
9. At lights Turn left onto Grove Road.
10. After approximately 100 yards turn left into the car park entrance.

Additional information for Airparks Luton

• Roadworks: There are roadworks on the M1 from junction 10 to junction 13 for the rest of the year. We advise you to leave extra time for your journey to the airport. More detailed information is available on the Highways Agency website.
• Regrettably, no trailers, mobile homes or caravans are permitted within the Airparks compound.
• All of the Airparks buses have disabled access.
• There is assistance available with jump starts and tyre inflation.
