As part of BCP's major growth strategy, the BCP Contact Centre is moving from it's location within the Q-Park BCP car park at Gatwick to bespoke new offices at Astral Towers, boosting the company's position as the UK's leading airport car parking booking service. Astral Towers is one of the best-known travel industry HQ buildings in Sussex and other tenants include British Airways, Air Miles and Thomas Cook, all of whom are clients of BCP.
BCP has taken the fourth floor at Astral Tower and invested over GBP0.5m in the refurbishment, fit out and IT and telephony upgrades. The open plan layout provides flexible working space and promotes effective team working and greater communication. Team managers remain close to their teams and the all-important day-to-day operations of the business. Superb staff facilities, including a chill-out room, on-site cafe and courtesy minibus to the town centre, stations and Gatwick Airport, will all strengthen the company's status as an employer of choice to both existing staff and potential recruits.
The Call Centre, Client Support and Customer Service, ICT, HR and Business Development departments of BCP are all now based at Astral Towers whilst the Managing Director and the Marketing Team remain at BCP's conveniently located central London office.
The move is a natural progression as the company continues to grow, whilst also facilitating an exciting redevelopment of the 5,000 space Gatwick car park by Q-Park UK in 2006.
