    When I landed I called the company to inform them, and my car was ready and waiting as I arrived in the car park. I found it to be a quick and stress free process. No hassle at all

  • Drivefly Meet and Greet the signage at luton airport is not obvious, you have to follow a system , to get a ticket to then go out to go back in to the multi storey car park. it's over complicated and unnecessary.

  • Drivefly Meet and Greet Great service and we will probably use again but the location of the pick-up point (top floor of the multi story) meant two lifts and a fair bit of hauling heavy luggage (more than if we'd used a bus service!).

  • Drivefly Meet and Greet All was excellent with DriveFLy Meet and Greet. The car was returned in record time. The driver forgot to give us the ticket to get out of the carpark but by the time we had driven down he was there to help us through the barrier!!

  • Drivefly Meet and Greet Drivefly is not a good meet & greet. Not convinently located for the airport as you still have to go through the multi storey taking 2 different lifts.
    Meet and greet fails when you arrive and the car isn't there over an hour after landing.

  • Drivefly Meet and Greet Before we arrived we did not receive a call and as requested in the booking we therefore call 30 mins before we arrived but the man on the phone could not hear me, I had to call three times. Then on arrival there were no free parking bays. We then discovered why the man could not hear our call as he was stood in a corner In what looked like a metal cage! He was in the elements and due to the wind he could not hear even those talking to him let alone on the phone. It appeared very unprofessional. We had the same problems on our return but when we did pick up the car we saw the so called ‘professional’ drivers returning cars, they were very untidy looking and if I had seen them when we dropped the car off I would not have left the car to be driven by them.

  • Drivefly Meet and Greet I called in advance and still wasn't met to park my car. Upon my return it took 40 minutes for them to find my car and return it for me (Granted I didn't call in advance). When it did turn up the driver who bought it almost rolled the car over me by not putting on the handbrake...
    Staff didn't speak English well so couldn't have been helpful.

  • Drivefly Meet and Greet Unfortunately, this is the second time of using you and the second time there has been a very long wait to collect our vehicle. The facilities at Luton are better now that it is within the multi-storey car park and so you do not have to wait outside BUT as stated this is the 2nd time I would expect to collect my car at 2.00AM but had to wait because the previous flight was delayed. It would seem logical that if it is not possible to collect one flights vehicles that you would collect the next to save any upset or delay, but I would imagine that there are restrictions in the number of parking spaces available?? I have said that I would book with you again, but I would consider the time of any flight before considering- if there is delay in the middle of the night what would happen at peak time during the day??
