  • Long Stay 2 quick and easy.

  • Long Stay 2 No, it did not go smoothly. On our return to Southend airport at 10:30 pm last night the barrier did not go up when we tried to leave. It was dark, we couldn't see the intercom button and akl your own telephone numbers were shut for the night. Eventually, we found the intercom button and were let out.

  • Long Stay 2 Went extremely smoothly, we were in car park 2 - easy to find thanks to clear signage, and so close to the airport. No hassle at all when collecting our car, the recognition barrier lifted immediately, no messing about like at other airport car parks.

  • Long Stay 2 Having paid in advance for my parking online on exit I was asked for the whole amount again this also happened to the car in the next lane thankfully he pointed out a button to speak to someone that in the dark I had not noticed and would probably have payed again to exit and then had the problem of obtaining a refund.

  • Long Stay 2 we were in carpark 2 used trolly as we were all over 70 road from carpark to terminal rough returning late saturday told to take trolley right back to terminal although there were other trollies there maybe not your problem?

  • Long Stay 2 I had pre-booked and paid. The bsrrier ticket didn't work on exit said I owed £30. Was told once sorted on the link phone to give the barrier a few seconds to lift it didn't! so phoned again and was then told to press the bottom button to exit. Bit of a pain for a 2 day parking arrangement and wanting to get underway home.

  • Long Stay 2 When leaving the car park the machine was asking me to insert my debit card to make a payment of £45 in order to leave the car park. I had already paid when I booked online so not sure why this happened. I had to use the intercom to speak to someone who just lifted the barrier. He didn’t explain anything to me about why this had happened.
