• Short Stay Despite having pre paid when we were leaving the car park the ticket machine said we still owed £350.This was sorted out quickly by Belfast City Airport staff but was aggravation we could have done without.

• Short Stay on arrival at airport carpark at 4am pulled into left hand lane barrier did not open so I got a ticket from machine as there were no visible signs advising not too if prebooked. on arrival back on 9 June we approached barrier to exit with two vehicles behind us in queue. ticket machine requested £71 we pressed intercom and was told we had to repark car and go back into terminal to customer services to enable us to leave carpark. this caused unnecessary stress as we had to get vehicles behind us all to go back as well . very unhappy at service and will not be using facilities again at belfast city airport perhaps boal parking next time.

• Short Stay Car wasnt regconised when we got to airport at 4am! Staff couldnt find any record either when given confirmed reference number but were very helpful

• Short Stay I booked and paid online.I followed the instructions given and the camera didn't recognise the registration.After a ridiculous amount of time trying to get the attendant to give us entry, we then had to queue after our holiday to get a ticket to get out.
