• Long Stay When I arrived the machine did not produce an automatic ticket and I spoke via the intercom to your staff to produce same.
  On my return journey the ticket did not grant me access to leave and I needed to speak to your staff again.

After a very hard weekend of in-laws, very stressed, I cameb home & forgot where I'd parked my car, a very nice young man , calmed me down , & drove me around the car park, just like he'd do for his mum. Can't praise the fello enough. So pass it on & tell him a big thank you !!!
