• Long Stay Service first class of recent times. Big improvement the past 2 bookings, as previously there was always a problem reading the number plate and sometimes delay in responding on the barrier phone and getting the barrier up. Certainly on the ball now.

• Long Stay First time used the pre-booked long stay parking at Aldergrove and it was very efficient and easy to use - minimising any travel stress. Was particulatrly impressed that even when our return flight was delayed due to issues with the aircraft, there were no issues on our pickup on return
