• Long Stay Very simple and quick way to park, with no fuss. Facilities were as described. Due to the ease of just being able to drive in and out when pre-paid parking, no need to interact with any staff (although sure would have been friendly and helpful). Everything went smoothly with pre-paid parking as always does.

• Long Stay The ticket didn't come out straight away but there was a man there, then another man came on the intercom and asked my name. The ticket was printed then, but the number plate was wrong. I asked the man if it mattered, he said if the booking ref matched it should be ok. And it was.

• Long Stay I was happy with the overall service but the entire carpark should be tarred as the surface was very rough underfoot and travellers could easily sprain an ankle or even fall.

• Long Stay we used to use private car parking, this being our first time using 'this' facility, we found it very convienient as there was no waiting around for transfer buses. No hassle, no hanging around, will certainly use this again in the future. JB.
