• Long Stay Had to call for help on exit as machine tried to charge pre paid fee again, resolved quickly by very friendly, ' happy to help' staff.

• Long Stay Easy to book. The whole parking process was relatively smooth and efficient. Turned up at the carpark but the barrier didn't lift but the attendant on duty sorted that quickly. Parking space was quite far from the airport and would have liked to use a bus but didn't see any around and couldn't wait. When I returned, quite late in the evening when it was getting dark, I would have liked to get the courtesy bus back to the car but, again, there wasn't any sign of a bus outside the airport so I couldn't be bothered waiting around. Exited the car par without any bother.

• Long Stay section markers could have been much clearer, this would make it easier to find the car when returning at night. Didn't see or speak to any staff therefore could not comment on their helpfulness.

• Long Stay This is an extremely easy way of parking with an extremely large car parking area. Vehicle recognition on entrance to the car park provides you with a ticket displaying your car registration plate number. All in all a really smooth transaction.

• Long Stay All was brilliant . The only problem is I think there should be a covered walkway to the terminal like at other airports. We nearly always get rained on going to check in which Is unpleasant at the very least
