• Long Stay Everything went really well - I had made an error on the flight number, which was changed really easily and we also had a flight delay which again did not cause problems - it may be in the t's & c's but if you could make it clearer that should a flight be delayed, your ticket is still ok for 'x' amount of time, might save calls to enquire? but apart from that very good.
