• Long Stay I had to change the car I used. I updated this on your computer system before leaving home and got a revised print-out showing the changed car. BUT the system refused me entry at the car park - it had to be sorted by the, very helpful, intervention of one of your staff (apparently it takes some while for the computer system to fully update the system at the airport). I would have expected your computer system to be more efficient.

• Long Stay I find the whole airport experience very stressful but at least with your service the car-parking is fairly painless and not too horrendously expensive. I am appalled at the amount my father has to pay at Luton just for parking long enough to be able to pick us up.
