• Long Stay Everything went smoothly this time. On a previous occassion the barrier didn't go up when we approached but my husband pressed the button for help, he gave our booking reference number to the gentleman who answered and within seconds the barrier went up.

• Long Stay The Number plate recognition system never seems to acknowledge my No. plate, possibly because it is square, although the attendants are helpful when asked for a ticket. The car park spaces could be marked out better and the footpath to the airport building could do with the kerb stones being lowered and footpath surface smoothed to aid the transport of suitcases.

  Would be helpful to have direction indicator to long stay carpark when entering airport. I didn't see one if there is one.
  When exiting, I got the message to prebook next time and save money, which is weird as I prebooked.
