• Long Stay Staff helpful and bus collected us for departure very quickly. Return journey at 1.15am but bus was not available for 15 mins. As the operator was honest we were able to walk to the car and weren't waiting around. One improvement I would suggest is that you should be able to book the car park online at anytime prior to your arrival. At present you can only book in advance online at least 24 hours beforehand.

• Long Stay For the 3rd week in a row the automatic number plate did not read my car i needed to get a ticket & then on the way out had to buzz for assistance.
  Also as a regular user it would be easier if your details was stored & didnt need inputted all the time.

• Long Stay When I went to leave the machine would not let me out a lot of other people had the same problem that night about ten or so when I was there cost me about 15 minutes don't know if I would use you again very unhappy with that. I use you about 2-3 times a year!
