• Long Stay Parking experience went smoothly. Car park surfacing could be improved. Pedestrian routes to/from the terminal are not clearly defined and require negotiating several kerbs which makes it difficult pushing a luggage trolley

• Long Stay Prepaid Ticket requested payment on return but rang intercom and was away in 2 minutes by quoting car registration. Uusually this is straightforward but since there was no fuss and I was only delayed for a couple of minutes, I have no complaint. Dependable service.

• Long Stay Great value for money!! As a taxi to the airport is between £15-£20, taking our car to the airport for four days was £20! Thought this was great value as really saved £20 as didn't need to get a taxi home! Everything went really smoothly, was great feeling on plane knowing we didn't have to go outside and wait about!
