• Long Stay I had changed my car online before arriving at car park but they still had the wrong details when I arrived at car park. Had to wait 10 mins for this to be verified and ticket to be issued but staff were helpful.

• Long Stay When we arrived at the airport we received our parking ticket with no problems at all. Everything went smooth and I was able to locate a disabled bay with ease near enough to the main terminal building. Thank You BCP for looking after us and making our trip a pleasant one.

• Long Stay Not everything gone smoothly.The facilities were as described and staff was very helpful.One downside.I have had already booked my parking space before,via internet.After holiday,I couldn't exit parking lot because of system failure.System didn't recognize my ticket and told me to pay for parking.But helpline staff was very helpful and after calling them they just opened a gate and let me go out.
