• Mid Stay We have stayed in this car park before and have always found it excellent however we don't usually book with Bcp.
  This time the markings for the exit were unclear in places and confusing in the dark and we spent too long trying to get out.
  The staff were very helpful when we couldn't exit because the machine at the barrier didn't recognise our BCP booking. He sorted it out for us but it was late and very cold and we didn't welcome the delay.

• Mid Stay Location is ideal, I just walked across to the terminal and back on my return. No difficulty in finding a parking space, but I had left enough time just in case. Spaces are at times quite tight, mainly because the space between rows in some areas is not wide, making positioning hard work.

• Mid Stay Didn't see any staff but yes smooth-ish - accidentally parked in short stay to start with..... then couldn't move out due to wooden fencing..... time wasted would be solved with short stay signage on road surface as well as elsewhere???
