• Mid Stay Postcode on the directions directed us to the wrong area (staff car park behind the airport) but everything else about the parking was good although several cars were parked across 2 spaces as there were no parking space lines on the floor in section A of carpark.

• Mid Stay only problem was with the driver of the transfer bus on our return journey. We got on the bus and fully expected for the driver to stop at each bus stop. however, he didn't AND the bell wasn't working. we missed our stop and had to go to the front to tell the driver. his answer was that we should have told him which stop we wanted! Did he ask us when we got on the bus in front of him - NO! how were we supposed to know that??

• Mid Stay There were no spaces, drove round and round whole car park, following signs to spaces with no luck, in end had to park on verge and then found when got back someone had parked me in, not happy!

• Mid Stay Clear signs at entrance to airport. Took a while to find a space, only a short wait for bus to terminal though. Fast reply to email regarding delay returning to collect car due to flight cancellation.
