  • Mid Stay Lots of maintenance works in the section nearest terminal made surface rough for wheeled luggage and reduced car park capacity

  • Mid Stay The car park location is good, but the road surface is terrible and makes it extremely difficult to pull your suitcase on its wheels. Please re-surface the whole of the parking area.

  • Mid Stay Booked online, on checking in at 3 am we realised the camera had misread our number plate substituting a b for a 0 and issuing a ticket to pay on departure there was no time to sort this out at that time, however on our return a member of the airport staff directed us to a portacabin near the carpark exit where it was sorted out swiftly

  • Mid Stay On this occasion the car park was undergoing reconstruction in places with no clear footpath signage. Frustratingly possible to walk into large areas with no exit at far end.

  • Mid Stay I booked for my 22 year son who used the parking on his own for the very first time. At 05.00 hrs I knew it would be safe, efficient and easy for him to get to check in on time!

  • Mid Stay Found it easy to find the car park, directions were good. Difficult to find a space to park, could imagine if running late for flight it would be an anxious time. Very easy to walk to terminal, didn't need the bus. Would use again definitely.

  • Mid Stay Very helpful staff. Extremely convenient location. Efficient and easy transfer to airport. All went very smoothly from booking on line to exit after our holiday. BCP were refreshingly reasonable and flexible with our leaving time when our flight was delayed and long queues through border control made us late. Great experience which made our journey less stressful.

  • Mid Stay We waited 20 minutes for a bus,didn't come, we had to walk in the end.

  • Mid Stay On arrival I waited for the number plate recognition to be done and then pressed the button for the ticket, which it said was printing, and I got the ticket but the barrier did not rise, and the it said the machine was out of order. I then noticed that the ticket was blank. I reversed and went to the other machine which did work. On my departure from the car park everything was fine, even with my plane being delayed, I had no problems leaving the car park.
