• Mid Stay Easy entry to ON airport car park and a swift much appreciated exit in torrential rain at 12.30 a.m. Love the 3 min walk from terminal exit to/from our car. Worth the extra cost compared to Silverzone at Bristol, which takes so long as the prolonged transfer can make make you almost miss the flight! Why did leaving the car in parking bays at reception have to change....adds on far too much time. It negates the advantage of using a provincial airport for speed and efficiency .

• Mid Stay Due to flight delay, arrived past booked departure time,even with customer own booked planned delay tolerance. Very pleased to see pre booked ticket still allowed exit, is this due to BCP being aware of flight delays due to when booking flight details given? Use this as a positive marketing point.
