• Silver Zone Very good, except that they moved my car from where I had parked it close to the office to row W, which is a long way away. I had to drag my luggage through the snow, because the man told me it was not far away. I would otherwise have brought the car to collect the baggage.

• Silver Zone The facilities at Bristol have improved over recent years although the car drop situation still needs to be sorted properly.Other than this the staff are quite helpful and the coach journey to the airport is pleasant and relativily short.

• Silver Zone All great, found the car park easily and the reception was not too busy so booked the car and keys in easliy too, the transfer bus was waiting outside so jumped on qiuckly and did not take too long to the airport, wd were given a key receipt ,that unfortunately got lost by a fellow passenger on the holiday but when this was explained to the reception at the end of our holiday this did not seen to be too much of a problem, after che king our id and sight ofthe original bookling form our key were released and we were on our way. The only critisism would be to have trolley bays dotted around the carpark to put our heavy luggage on to take them to reception. Good value parking no need to pay more as i dont think they would have beaten these in service etc.
