• Silver Zone Staff were very good at the Bristol site but, on arrival, we were unclear about where to park as with many off airport parks the drop off parking is near the reception block. Clearer advice on your notices would have avoided confusion.

• Silver Zone Excellent facilities and very quick and efficient bus service. The reason I didn't score it a 10 was that when we came home our car had been parked a fair distance from reception, and as we have baby this wasn't particularly convenient.
