• Long Stay Great up to the point where we tried to exit the carpark and the ANPR system did not let us out . I had to press the buzzer , wait about a minute for someone to answer. explain that I had prepaid ,then he raised the barrier to let me out. A little frustrating

• Long Stay On both arrival and departure I had to wait FAR TOO LONG for transfer buses to and from the airport. This is the worst service I have experienced in 30 years of using the Long Stay at Leeds Bradford. On returning I ended up walking back to my car and still beat any buses! On arrival I was waiting over 20 minutes... Needs more regular buses

• Long Stay The long stay car park at Leeds/Bradford airport is the worst I have ever used. Signs for the car park are non-existent and once in the actual car park there are also no signs to direct you to the bus stops. This is not acceptable especially in the dark and heavy rain. This car park has changed for the worse and I will not use it again. I would use BCP again just not for this airport. Leeds/Bradford airport need to sort this out.

• Long Stay I bought my parking online with BCP I recieved an E mail telling me I’m in long term from 4.00 going into Tuesday morning and leaving long term at 10.00 on Wednesday morning. It cost £26. When I got there. The barrier wouldn’t open so I pressed the help button. The girl then told me I was in the wrong car park. I’m in Viking car park up the road. I never heard of Viking so I was surprised. When I got there they had no idea who I was or why I was there.i should them my E mail . They then said I’m defenitly in the long term car park. After a talk with them they let me stay there. My problum is. Long term cost £26. Viking cost £13 Why did the girl at long term tell me I’m in the wrong place when my E mail proves I wasent. Very poor customer relations
