• Meet and Greet We use the Newcastle meet and greet mainly because of its easy access to the terminal. My wife uses a wheelchair and this is of considerable importance. Staff are always helpful.

• Meet and Greet Wasn't the easiest place to find from the instructions although it didn't take long to get in and be able to check in. Very close to the airport terminal. Very convenient. Bit pricey!

• Meet and Greet Staff were OK had very little dealing with them. I thought we would drop off outside the main terminal and a driver would park the car and collect is in return. In fact it's a small car park right next to main terminal and you walk from there, only 1 min! I would use again for the convenience

• Meet and Greet Excellent service - we originally booked this service because we were travelling with my elderly mother but now we use it every time we fly. It makes arriving and leaving the airport so quick and simple, well worth it. Staff are always lovely and it's even easier now that you don't even need to ring ahead.
