• Meet and Greet We had a terrible experience when we arrived as a result of a massive que at the meet & greet. We had a terrible rush to get our flight and at our time of life this is nog good. We had allowed plenty of time to get to the airport and got up at 3am to find when we arrived at east mids there was a horrendous que backing up to outside the airport. Once we finally got to the lines of traffic going into the meet & greet it took forever to get to the front of que to park car! You are obviously extensively advertising meet & greet to haul in your custom BUT you cannot do this if you then have not got the facility's or the staff to cope!! I have never had such a bad experience in nearly missing a flight due to parking!!

• Meet and Greet We fly regularly and have used various parking arrangements at Birmingham, Manchester, Heathrow, Gatwick and Liverpool. This is the 2nd time I have used East Midlands "Valet Parking" and while it isn't exactly valet parking, it is by far the best experience and value for money parking I have ever had. You park up, walk a short distance to the BCP office, hand over your keys and then have a short walk to departures. On your return the reverse and your car is waiting close to the arrivals exit. Totally stress free and I'd thoroughly recommend to others.
