• Meet and Greet Although the service was okay, I would probably not choose to travel from East Mids with this service again. The service is much quicker from Manchester. The directions on the email for dropping the car off we're incorrect taking us to the wrong area of the airport, leading to delays in getting into the terminal and then being late checking in, meaning that we were not sitting together. There was also more car checks performed which we felt were unnecessary and signing of paperwork leading to the delays.

• Meet and Greet The system worked very well and the staff were great - once I had located them, that is. The signage at EMA leaves a lot to be desired. The directions are very unclear for Meet and Greet.
