• JetParks I accidentally deleted the email issued on booking with you, but call centre staff immediately sent confirmation and directions after I called them. Ticket issued at barrier did not work but staff quickly fixed this when I buzzed them. Bus service seemed quicker and more frequent than indicated when booking. Very pleased with service given.

• JetParks Doesn't work the automatic recognition of my reg number. It should be easier to identify the bus stop number, the sign is quite small and not easy to spot

  Shame on rail operators. The combined petrol and Jet Park price for a week was a lot cheaper than the return train tickets for two adults from Croydon to Stansted.
  The bus transfer to airport was quick and easy. I would recommend Jetpark without hesitation!

• JetParks Kept a large number of customers waiting for a very long time before they were picked up, it was quite cold and breezy, not the greatest experience as many passengers had just landed from warmer places.then to find the car/stop/zone took too long.
