• JetParks Knowing which bus stop we had got on at was not easy. Drivers of buses were very helpful though.
  Our return flight was delayed and it was impossible to contact you to advise. However on leaving at the barrier the person I spoke to was very helpful and validated our ticket. Thankyou. Information on what to do in this circumstance would have been useful.
  Your telephone number used to book is a premium number and cost me over £4.00. Is this really necessary?

• JetParks On the way out we had to wait far too long for a bus to take us to the terminal. On the way back there was a huge queue waiting for a bus although we did manage to get ion the bus. The driver of the bus was brilliant and very funny on the way back not like the misery we had last year. I would rate it higher if the buses were more frequent

• JetParks Easy to find, large car parks - didn't understand the no parking zones when clearly there were spaces! Other than that parked up straight away and there was a bus at the stop so was able to hop on straight away. staff helpful and gave instructions of where to get on and off for return journey - very informative.

• JetParks Think it’s quite expensive, and the bus journey was seemingly long. Finding the bus stop was further walk from drop off was confusing when information said pick up is same as drop off. Driver info to airport parking was very clear, and no problems entering or leaving the car park.
