• JetParks Frequent service and easy to get a ride on the bus if you are from R section and below but those waiting from G upwards can't get on because the bus is full and have to wait ages. Every alternate bus should cater for lower end of the alphabet so that those higher up can get on.

• JetParks Not exactly!!! The first pick up bus didn't pick up a lot of customers. And the second pick up bus turned up about 25 mins later, although the bus driver did admit that there was 30 mins wait rather than 15 mins wait for buses due to lack of drivers. The second bus driver was very helpful as she picked up max capacity per bus.

• JetParks I booked in April and paid as well the day of booking in August as soon as I entered and reached airport I have received call from home that one of cousin got serious accident so I rushed back to home missed our flights and every booking.
  I explained this situation to your office layer on and ask for remaining 4 days refund but they simply refused.
  This was extra ordinary situation God forbid but they simply refused to refund my four days money

• JetParks I wouldn't book with bcp at Stansted airport as we waited over half an hour for a bus to take us back to our car and then we had a detour of another long stay car park before getting to our car park.

• JetParks Parking fine. Need better organisation of queue to return to car park. It was every man for himself! Orderly queue was completely disorderly as soon as bus arrived with people from back who were unlikely to have got on pushing through families with choldren, buggies etc as well as all in queue before them.

• JetParks The bus driver dropped us off at what he said was car park v which it wasn’t. We were then lost until another bus came along and took us to the correct car park. Then when trying to exit the tbarrier wasn’t working and I called for help. The person did not then follow up with what to do. I had to reverse and use the other barrier.
