• Long Stay Booked online but camera failed to initially give me a ticke ( recognise car reg). Pressed intercom & ticket came out a person said take the ticket on intercom. I noticed ticket had no reg number on it (as in previous times) On exit (week later) inserted ticket asked for £69. Luckily I had all my payment documents and after speaking to intercom for a few minutes access granted. No big deal a bit of a hold up. Staff polite & efficient.

• Long Stay the staff were more than helpful, and much appreciated as my trip did not go according to plan and i was travelling with a young baby by myself. the BCP staff helped make things a lot less stressful when i called with concerns about the parking.

• Long Stay Arrived at Belfast International Airport Long Stay Car park, my ticket was issued from the machine, the barrier opened and i drove in and parked my car.On leaving the Car park i inserted my ticket,the barrier opened and i drove out,everything was slick.Did not meet any staff.
