• Long Stay Things went smoothly. Slightly wider spaces would probably give people peace of mind that another car door or trolley would bang into and dent their car.

• Long Stay No sign of any bus transport from car park to terminal. Also we arrived back on wednesday night ( the night of the terrible rain and floods) and we had to walk through that terrible rain from the terminal to car park.

• Long Stay I was not happy seeing the amount of abandoned luggage trolleys in the car park. The possibility of cars (or my car) getting damaged by these abandoned trolleys is not acceptable and people should not be allowed to enter the parking area with a trolley.

• Long Stay There were no staff available at the parking. All the signage was Q-PARKING but you are named BCP so I was unsure if I was in the right place and there was nobody to ask.

• Long Stay Being able to pay and prebook is great but the facilities could do with some upgrading. The ground is extremely rough and could do with resurfacing. Too many potholes and it was so rough I couldn't pull my suitcase - ended up have to carry it through the carpark. Pedestrian access is awful. Only way I could see to exit/enter by foot is going between parked cars or by coming past the vehicular access. Could do with a seperate pedestrian access....unless there is one and it's so badly signposted I missed it.
