• Long Stay Very rough surface for wheeling suitcases, had to push help button to get barrier up to get out wasn't very quick alot of cars beeping behind us this wasn't our fault

• Long Stay Things were great in the long stay car park, however the day before I was at the airport and stayed in the short stay car park and the entrances and exits from this are far to small

• Long Stay Staff and parking were all fine. However as I have said before- bus service to terminal awful. As always bus is parked at terminal and not moving despite rain etc. This needs to be improved

• Long Stay Both arriving at and leaving the airport the barrier didn't open and I had to call for help. Apparently because I hadn't added my registration number at the time of booking but had added it a day or two before travelling. Both times the problem was sorted out quickly.

• Long Stay booking was easy and efficient, prices comparable to others in the area. Facilities were well maintained with an easy to use minibus service if needed, no hassle at all - simply drive in and park. Great service and will definitely be booking again.
