• Long Stay Your service is fast, efficient and - for the one day option - very cheap indeed so I thought it was excellent value for money. An improvement might be that you allow people to register so that you can keep their details and they just sign in - for many of us are regulars with good companies such as yours.

• Long Stay Covered walkway badly needed between terminal building and at least entrance to the BCP car park. No obvious bus facility available although apparently one does exist.

• Long Stay Very difficult to find a parking spot and then no notices near by where I did park to let me know where I had parked the car for easy locating of it on my return. As for staff being helpful I have never ever saw a member of staff, and when pressing button for help of a staff member they take ages to answer and then are not very polite and do not seem to like being disturbed.

• Long Stay I think you really need to do something with the car park, the pot holes are terrible and they are everywhere. I think with the amount of money going into the airport you should be able to sort the car park out for people driving and trying to pull suitcases.

• Long Stay Very good service. Wet day when we arrived so appreciated the shelter while waiting for the courtesy bus. Less than 5 mins wait for the bus. No hesitation in using your facilities in future. Thank you.
