  • Mid Stay Poor spacing between cars. My car was scratched so not happy. Very few spaces so took ages to find a space which added stress to the day.

  • Mid Stay Have used BCP parking at Bristol on several occasions though we find it is getting very expensive to park there compared with other parking available near the Airport so will be considering these next time.

  • Mid Stay Not happy to find a luggage trolley against my car on return - but suppose that some people think that's OK. Also suppose not much you can do about that and other customers. Otherwise, and even with trolley, brilliant experience - no problems at all. Thank you.

  • Mid Stay Came back at 3am with flat battery, no office staff available, no charging facilities and no way for a recovery vehicle to get into car park. Stranded with 4 kids in early hours of morning. No emergency number to ring.

  • Mid Stay Not BCP fault but - This must be one of the worst airport car parks in the country. The signing is incorrect or non existent, the spaces are too narrow and the road surface is a joke. Some signs to the car park exit direct you down a dead end as nobody can be bothered to change the signing. On top of that, your car gets covered with thick dust due to the "improvement works" that have been going on for ages.
