  • Mid Stay We paid extra in order to be close to the terminal. Spaces were very limited on arrival so we were as far away as you can possibly get in our space. We like to walk so we wheeled our cases to the terminal rather than wait for the next bus(we had just missed one weaving through the lanes to get to the stop). On return, in drizzle, we again walked but had some difficulty. The surface were covered in large amounts of rubble, maybe from work going on or rain, and although we knew the bay to get to it was a bit like a maze due to the closed hedging between the lanes.

  • Mid Stay I needed a disabled space but they were no whee near the terminal building. And not clearly marked within the car park so driving round for some time to find. Arrived early hours of morning. No signs of transfer bus so had long walk with luggage. Not user friendly for disabled travellers

  • Mid Stay The automatic registration plate recognition camera on car park entry misprinted my reg number, consequently my booking was not recognised as having been pre paid. I had to go to the trouble of visiting the car park help booth to rectify this situation on arrival...I was then given a code for exiting the car park on my return... but this also was not recognised and I had the irritation of having to go back to the payment assistance booth again before I could exit the car park.

  • Mid Stay First two spaces I parked in there was not enough room to open car doors third space was ok.
    Reason being no markings and vehicles parked at angles to spaces no markings for spaces.
