• Flyparks Park and Fly Used the facility before and it was fine.
  Came back to Exeter Airport in the early hours of today and as instructed when we reached the baggage area we rang to say we were there- gave our name etc and said we would be at the pickup shortly.
  When we arrived and gave our name they man looked at the keys in his hand and said the car was not yet back from the compound but would be available in 10 minutes.
  We had to stay outside the compound at circa 4 am in the morning with no offer to go inside the cabin etc
  25 mimiutes later the young lady turned up with a car - not ours - apparently a Sullivan vs our name O’Sullivan.
  Eventually we were taken to another compound by transport to pick up our car.
  Clearly yours terms of meet and greet have not been complied with.
  In business we all make mistakes that is part life which we all have done.
  However I expect a full refund of the fee as you have not complied with the meet and greet but more importantly If I use the facilities again I need to know and understand what you have put right to try to eradicate such future errors.

• Flyparks Park and Fly Not exactly meet and greet. you are not met at the airport.you have to drive your car to their carpark nearby and then walk to the airport. which is not too far but if it was raining or you have a disabilty. then this could be a real issue. i wouldn't bother to use this company again as we paid extra for their so called meet and greet service than we would of using the airport parking.

• Flyparks Park and Fly Wasn’t what I would call meet and greet as described. It’s a car park with someone in. They took my car but at 11 at night just pointed to my car to get myself.
  I thought they met you at the airport and then brought it to
  you Nope not at all you have to walk outside the airport not far but not what I ordered

• Flyparks Park and Fly Although the meet and greet worked well . i was disappointed with the distance we had to walk , we have in the past met in the £1 car park which worked well , arriving at around 2.30 -3am to have to walk to the car ,,I thought was a bit rough when if we stayed in the airport car part the airport bus would have met us just outside arrivals ..disappointed this time
