• Butterfly Meet and Greet No problem changing the drop off time when the flight time changed.
  Very rapid collection on arrival and staff waiting with car as I walked into the car park.
  Staff helped with baggage and clearly explained process at both stages.

• Official On-Site Everything went smoothly from entering the main stay car park at London City Airport and being able to exit 6 days later without the need of help from staff nor needing to feed the pay machine! Great rate for parking pre booked.

• Terminal parking not smooth. I had to go to reception as I didn't get the ticket that enabled exit. when I got back the receptionist knew nothing of my booking.
  Online was a bit of a mess, it didn't print out all the details of the booking.

• Terminal parking The only very minor issue was that the gate did not recognise my vehicle registration plate, so I had to phone to get my ticket - but the call was answered at once and the person who answered was very friendly and knew immediately what to do, so that was fine.

• Official On-Site Booking was a doddle. Instructions were clear & easy to follow, didn't get lost from the M25. Fantastic help atthe airport desk with a minor query on arrival back at LCA.

• Official On-Site Car number plate recognition did not work - usually does. Had to call via barrier telecom & staff did not apologise for the inconvenience after waiting for 5-10 minutes.
  I do not think this was a specific BCP issue but London City.

• Official On-Site Very pleased with the speedy assistance given by staff (particularly a young woman with a Northern Irish accent) at the enquiries office at London City Airport when our pre-booked times had to be changed. Parking there was a very easy process altogether but I still think your charges are too high.
