• Meet and Greet T1 I used the Meet and Greet Service but was not told in advance that building work was going on so the parking arrangements were different. Also, my car radio had been tuned to a different station and the driver seat left fully reclined. Small matters but annoying.

• Meet and Greet T1 Disabled driver & passenger..Blue badge displayed. On return flight/pickup car parked on level 13/green zone. a long walk via lifts on crutches. Your return pick up car details clearly labeled disabled. POOR & FRUSTRATING
  service. We always use BCP in Manchester M&G.
  Coupled with the awful wheel chair transport (40 Mins late) after landing we are looking at other airports!
