• Meet and Greet T1 Everything went very smoothly and the staff on our arrival were very friendly as were the staff on departure. The only negative note was not being acknowledged as we were waiting to be served. A simple 'hello, I'll be with you shortly' would be a nice touch, especially if you have to wait several minutes.

• Meet and Greet T1 We have in the past used the meet and greet services when you ring the company when you are almost at the airport and have found your service superior as it completely cuts out the waiting around. The only improvement I could imagine is a more visible display of the drop off entry point.
